Puerto San Miguel, Ibiza Beaches, Spain

The port of San Miguel is right on the Northern coast of Ibiza. Puerto San Miguel Beach is medium sized, deep, curved natural sand beach, protected by pine covered surrounding hills delightful for walks if you don't mind the climb.

A good place to visit is the caves of Can Marça, where you will be transported back in time to retrace the ancient footsteps of infamous smugglers of bygone days.

No shady areas on the beach so take cover ups. The two hotels built into the rocks are unique on the Island. San Miguel is a quieter resort you'll find a scattering of souvenir shops and a supermarket for those holiday essentials and knick knacks.

There's a selection of bars and restaurants lining the beach front, the perfect location for relaxing evening meals. If you love to try the local cuisine and particularly fish then you can't miss out on the opportunity to eat at the Port Balansat.
