Playa des Cavallet, Ibiza Beaches, Spain
Playa des Cavallet is over a kilometer long and several tens of meters wide. One of the few nude beaches on Ibiza, Es Cavallet is popular with wind surfers. This beach has been identified as being either an official or unofficial clothing optional beach with common nude use. A
cosmopolitan chic alternative, Playa es Cavallet's sandy
dune-punctuated beach is a favourite amongst the island's gay community
and offers a reclined and relaxed ambience where everyone's welcome and
clothes are optional.
Anyone of a liberal persuasion is often tempted here and with plenty reason - be it the sumptuous on offer, its famous chiringuito or strong surf current. Catch a bus from Ibiza Town or head to Salinas and chuck a swift left at
the salt flats.
