La Rambla Restaurant, Ibiza, SpainLa Rambla Restaurant The new owners were forced to take over this larger restaurant when their original restaurant on Santa Eulalia's Restaurant street proved too small. Unlike their previous neighbours, they are open all year round (except Wednesdays) and are rewarded with a steady stream of customers, most of whom are locals. They serve excellent pastas, pizzas and a range of other international cuisine at prices that don't appear to be possible.  The
restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and gives a unique
feeling of space in a town where you can't normally push your chair
back to leave your table without rearranging the tables either side of
